Business Administration and Finance

Lemmy was the Africa Regional Trainer for the International Trade Centre (ITC) MLS-SCM programme, an initiative of UN, Geneva.

He holds higher degrees in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan. After fifteen years of lecturing finance at the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Lemmy joined the Multidisciplinary faculty of the MBA programme of Lagos State University, Ojo, where he taught Security Market Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Advanced Accounting Theory. As a Director in EMPRETEC, Lemmy has been directly involved in business development of SMEs in Nigeria and Ghana. On the platform of ITC, he has been involved in the development of Supply Chain Management education and use as a veritable tool for business process engineering in Nigeria, Eritrea, Ghana, and Kenya.

A notable speaker and trainer on Emotional Intelligence, Active Intelligence, and Productive Organisational Culture, Lemmy have recently been engaged in facilitating:

  • Strategic Social Re-entry, Entrepreneurship and Management Development Programme for Top Military Officers of the Nigerian Army, Navy and the Air Force.
  • Succession planning and Productive Organisational Culture using Emotional Intelligence for Public and Private Sectors
  • Capacity Building and Emotional Intelligence for Educators –a Development Programme in Ghana
  • Enterprise Growth and Sustainable Development for SMEs – Nigeria and Ghana

Lemmy was appointed as a Monitoring Consultant for the development of a Conditional Cash Transfer programme for the Gbomoro Ante-Natal programme in Ogun State (an initiative of the MDG Office, The Presidency).
